Design-i electronic interior design services

Design-i is a service product with an electronic report as its deliverable. Depending on the package you chose, the report will vary in size and scope. Should you wish a full refund you are eligible prior to commencing the Introductory questions and engaging the service. If you are not satisfied with the report, please contact us as we wish to help.

Physical Goods returns

If your good was not noted as a custom product (goods such as packages and customized furniture products) or a personal product (mattress, duvet, pillows etc. – we know you don’t want to receive someone else’s returned product either!), then you have 14 days to return the item(s) from the date that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging, un-used, never assembled, and protected in the same way it arrived. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. In certain instances we may be able to coordinate a pick up of the goods and will apply an appropriate collection charge.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has not be returned in a fully re-sellable condition. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In the unlikely event that the furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please email immediately. If possible please notify the delivery person of the damage – especially if the outer packaging is damaged. Natural materials such as rock/granite/marble, leather, hide, wood etc. may have variations that are intended and normal – these do not constitute faults.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom products, mattresses, duvets, pillows and other personal products. We are happy to answer as many questions as you have before you make the custom or personal good purchase. Prior to placing an order please use the product details, dimensions etc to consider your space and how those items will enter and move through to the intended location.
